	Down On 5th joins Facebook


	We have officially joined the ranks of everyone else by joining up with "Facebook". Several members of the band have their own page, so we decided to go ahead and add the band to the mass swarm. We will post events, photos and music on our page as time goes on. Our music player may take a few days or maybe a week or so before it can come online. Facebook has many restrictions on the way they process music. You almost have to give blood in order for music to be put online. However, our blood is thick and we'll go through the pain. It will be worth it in the long run. So.. click on the Facebook logo and join up with us.


	NASHVILLE in January ??


	The band is currently pondering the notion of maybe heading to Nashville to compete once again in the National Bluegrass Band Contest. Two years ago, we ventured to this event only to "give it a try" and when it was all over with, we finished 11th place. We had no idea that would even happen. In fact, many of us only got a room for one night. Once we made the final round, we had to do some quick room booking for the second night of competition. We'll keep you posted as to our final verdict as to if we go or not.


	We have added a new page that will feature radio stations that are currently playing our new CD. Since our CD is only a few days old, it's going to take some time to send out our product to these stations. As time goes on, we will be adding radio stations to our "Radio Page" in order to express our thanks to these stations for supporting our music.


	YouTube Let the Music Begin


	All of us in the band loves YouTube. It seems every week or so, one of us in the band emails the group telling of something to watch or listen to. Sometimes it's a awesome performance by a performer or it could be someone that has way too much time on their hands and wants to be famous by blowing themselves up or something. In any event, DO5 has joined the ranks of YouTube and added several videos of us performing a few of our songs. Sorry to say, but nothing too graphic or educational with our videos. It's just four guys having fun doing what we love to do and that's playing our style of music done the DO5 way. Click on the YouTube logo to the left and enjoy !!
