                       Civil War Days

Each second weekend of September, Munfordville Kentucky hosts the Hart County Civil War Days, a three-day festival with plenty of costumes, reenactment soldiers and good bluegrass music.  To go along with the good bluegrass    music, "Down On 5th" will once again perform at this years event.  We will set up under the large tent next to the Hart County Courthouse.  Our show is scheduled for, Friday, September 9th starting at 6:00 PM EDT. Special guest that night will be Louise Miles from New Haven Kentucky.

          Heritage Days - Horse Cave Kentucky

"Down On 5th" will be performing this year at the "Horse Cave Heritage Festival" This festival honors the rich   heritage of Horse Cave Kentucky on the third weekend in September. This special event is particularly well known for quality musical entertainment. Other attractions include an antique car show, farm machinery, local crafts, agricultural exhibits, food booths, kids arcade, and    historic walking tours.  Join us Saturday, September 17th at the Main Street Stage.  Our show starts at 4:30 PM EDT.

We have added a new page that will feature radio stations that are currently playing our new CD.  Since our CD is only a few days old, it's going to take some time to send out our product to these stations.  As time goes on, we will be adding radio stations to our "Radio Page" in order to express our thanks to these stations for supporting our music.

We officially now have our own "Down On 5th" tee shirts !

               YouTube Let the Music Begin

All of us in the band loves YouTube.  It seems every week or so, one of us in the band emails the group telling of something to watch or listen to.  Sometimes it's a awesome performance by a performer or it could be someone that has way too much time on their hands and wants to be famous by blowing themselves up or something.  In any event, DO5 has joined the ranks of YouTube and added several videos of us performing a few of our songs.  Sorry to say, but nothing too graphic or educational with our videos.  It's just four guys having fun doing what we love to do and that's playing our style of music done the DO5 way.  Click on the YouTube logo to the left and enjoy !!
